We offer a variety of classes and resources to help you stay healthy and improve your well-being. We also offer a Worksite Wellness Program for business. Our Health Education Centers have resources for learning about staying
healthy, preventing disease, and treating medical conditions. We offer
written materials, videos, selected computer services, and information
about classes and other programs to help you reach your prevention goals.

 Classes We Offer
Each year, hundreds of Health Education classes and programs are offered,
covering a board range of interests and concerns, including childbirth,
asthma, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight and nutrition, depression,
stress reduction, managing ongoing health conditions, and smoking cessation.
There are special programs for children, teens, seniors, couples, and
families. The following is just a small sample of the many classes that

or consult with a pharmacist. Try out some of our new interactive
tools, like the health calculator to find out if you are at a healthy
weight, getting enough calcium, controlling asthma triggers and making
