Want to ask your Doctor/Nurse Practitioner a question? Imagine having a direct link to them. Wherever you are, whenever you want. No phone calls, no appointments. Secure, convenient, and free. With Secure Messaging, you will be able to e-mail your clinician with routine medical questions and view lab test results online.

To keep your personal information secure, you will need to sign on with your user ID and password before you can send a confidential question to a Kaiser Permanente medical professional. If you don't have a user ID and password yet, please register on our site. Please fill out the online registration form, your password will be mailed to your home in three to seven days. Once registered, your gateway to secure online features is open.

Once registered on kp.org you can take advantage of these other online features for members:

Make, change or cancel nonurgent appointments in Medicine, Obgyn, and Pediatrics.
  You can also view scheduled appointments online.

Refill prescriptions online - refill prescriptions for yourself or a family member.
  Arrange to pick them up at the pharmacy, or have them mailed directly to
  your home.

Participate in discussions with other Kaiser Permanente members by reading and
  posting messages on a variety of health topics.

View your lab results online.
